Ubud, Bali

To those who have walked alongside me,
witnessed the becoming, and never stopped believing.

I am writing to you not as a founder, not as a strategist, not as someone with a polished pitch. I am writing as the person you know, the one who has been quietly, stubbornly, faithfully building something I believe the world actually needs.

What began as a decade-long inquiry into how human beings actually work: beneath the conditioning, beneath the noise, beneath the performance of identity. It has arrived at a threshold I did not plan for but somehow always knew was coming.

We are close. Closer than we have ever been. And I need your hands on this bridge for the final crossing.

I. The Work

For over a decade, I have been developing a body of work built on one radical premise: the human body is the most sophisticated intelligence system we possess, and most of us have been trained to override it. That work has recently found its name. Native Intelligence is the curriculum, the practice, and the philosophy that now holds it all.

This body of work has been lived, tested, and refined in rooms, on land, in the silence between conversations. It is not theoretical. It is the distillation of what I have learned by paying close attention to what actually moves people.

Native Intelligence: Core Curriculum

Five Threads That Form the Whole

Embodied awareness · Conditioning · Energetics · Authority · Ancient pattern

+
01

Embodied Awareness as Primary Intelligence

The body senses, signals, and decides before the mind constructs meaning. Learning to read that signal, precisely and consistently, is the foundation of everything.

02

Decoding Conditioning & Reclaiming Authorship

Identifying inherited, cultural, and psychological patterns that quietly govern behavior, and systematically unwinding them to restore genuine self-direction.

03

Energetic Mechanics of Human Interaction

How people influence one another beyond words: through attention, presence, and subtle physiological signaling. The invisible grammar of every relationship.

04

Decision-Making Through Internal Authority

Moving away from external validation and toward consistent, repeatable trust in one's own timing and responses. The practice of sovereignty.

05

Ancient Pattern Recognition in Modern Context

Drawing from long-standing human systems of observation, aligning ancestral wisdom with contemporary life, leadership, and complexity.

II. The Surrender

Five years ago, something shifted. I stopped building a practice and started being built by a place.

The land on the Petanu River ridgeline in Ubud, what is now Saraswati Temple Arts, did not arrive as a business plan. It arrived as a calling. And what followed was not a clean ascent. It was a series of surrenders, each one asking more than the last.

Five Years on the Ridgeline

The Steps of Surrender

The familiar · The timeline · The explanation · Self-sufficiency · The threshold

+

Surrendering the familiar

Leaving behind the rhythms and structures that felt safe. Choosing the uncertainty of land, of Bali, of building something that had no template.

Surrendering the timeline

Accepting that this project moves at the speed of roots, not schedules. Learning to trust the pace of something alive rather than forcing the pace of something managed.

Surrendering the need to explain it

There were years when I could not fully articulate what I was building. The vision was clear inside but the language hadn't caught up. I built anyway, in that silence.

Surrendering self-sufficiency

The hardest one. Accepting that this cannot be built alone. Calling for support is not weakness but an act of integrity with the scale of the vision.

Arriving at the threshold

The structure now exists. The land holds. The vision is fully formed. What remains is the final layer of preparation. The bridge between what has been built and what it can become.

III. The Proof

Over the last three years, alongside the development of Saraswati, I have been a core member of the leadership team at Intaaya Retreat Center, contributing across every dimension of its creation: the spatial and environmental vision, the experiential and philosophical design, the curriculum and programming architecture, and the integration of human development principles into the living fabric of the place.

The Quality Standard: A Living Reference Point

Intaaya Retreat Center, Bali

Intaaya is a regenerative retreat and living laboratory where the principles I have refined over a decade are translated into physical environment, programming, and community. It represents the level of quality, intentionality, and human-centered design we bring to Saraswati. Not as aspiration. As baseline.

IV. The Vision

Saraswati Temple Arts is a 0.46-hectare freehold campus on the Petanu River ridgeline in Ubud, already built, already alive, already holding people. Phase 1 transforms it into a world-class regenerative sanctuary: six accommodation pods, a practice pavilion, a full wellness node, complete regenerative infrastructure. Target completion: Spring 2027.

The larger vision, Project Vajra, is an 18-hectare regenerative village corridor encompassing eight development nodes: founder residences, a wellness destination, village commons, a creative campus, an Academy for Regenerative Living, and an integrated digital operating system. One of the most coherent models for conscious community development being assembled anywhere in the world right now.

V. The Ask
The Founding Sangha

$20,000 to complete the foundation before we build.

Before ground breaks in June–July 2026, we need the final layer of preparation: complete architectural renderings, presentation materials, structural and regulatory details. Everything that allows Phase 1 to begin with precision and confidence.

This vision came through me and I know it is mine to hold. I also know that to bring it into its fullest expression, we need to do it together. Every unique voice has a significant contribution to bring. The Founding Sangha is the circle of people who choose to stand in that truth with me from the very beginning.

I am not asking you to believe in a dream. I am asking you to stand beside something that is already standing. Help it take its final steps to the ground.

If this moves you, reach out directly. No form, no funnel. Just a conversation between people who have already been through something real together.
